Luxury European Oak Handrails Manufactured and Supplied for Haroys

Haldane UK was delighted to manufacture and supply these stunning European Oak timber handrails for our client, Haroys.

This project is a fantastic example of the value we bring to staircase manufacturers, joinery specialists and installation teams who require expertly made supply-only handrails for complex staircase projects.

The staircase featured a flowing handrail design with a combination of straight handrail sections, wreath ends, 90° bends, raking-to-raking wreaths and raking-to-horizontal wreaths. Each element had to be manufactured with accuracy to ensure the handrail followed the movement of the staircase beautifully once installed.

Precision Manufactured Timber Handrails

Working from the information supplied by the client, our team manufactured the handrails in European Oak, with every component produced to suit the geometry of the staircase.

The handrails were supplied in a sanded finish only, ready for the client’s team to complete the final finishing process on site.

A key part of this project was the dry jointing process carried out in our workshop before dispatch. This allowed the handrail sections and wreaths to be carefully checked, aligned and prepared before arriving on site.

By supplying the handrails fully dry jointed and ready for installation, Haldane helped reduce the amount of complex adjustment required on site.
