SUPPLIER AND SUB-CONTRACTOR PRIVACY STATEMENT

In connection with the supply of goods and/or services by your organisation we may collect, use, disclose and otherwise process personal data relating to your owners, directors, employees and subcontractors.

We do this to engage with you, to manage our relationship with you, to facilitate the supply of goods and/or services from you, to meet legal, regulatory and compliance obligations and process the payment of your invoices.

We may also collect from you additional information including for example insurance details.

We take supplier and sub-contractor privacy seriously.

We will never release your personal information to anybody else for any other purpose without your consent unless required to do so for example by law or in the course of legal proceedings.

We will retain your details for an appropriate period.

You have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.  To make a “Subject Access Request” please write to our Data Protection Controller (DPC) at Haldane (UK) Ltd, Blackwood Way, Glenrothes, KY7 6JF.

If any of the information we hold about you is inaccurate please contact our DPC at the same address.
