Haldane Recreate Complex Timber Spindles For Staircase Refurbishment

Haldane has again demonstrated their ability to machine any commercially available timber in any shape by recreating several complex spindles for the refurbishment of a city centre property.

The project to return the property to its former glory faced an issue with several of the spindles on the original staircase needed to be replaced.

It was paramount that the replacement spindles matched the profile of the remaining ones exactly, otherwise they would look completely out of place.

Using their 5-Axis machining equipment, Haldane produced the spindles from Tulip wood, matching the exact specifications.

The quality of the work by Haldane’s skilled craftsmen means it is impossible to tell the difference between the original spindles and the newly machined replacements.
