Stunning Rounded Doors For Country Home

Haldane’s expertise in timber machining and their ability to manufacture any shape from any commercially available timber was tested to the full with the contract to supply four rounded doors for a country home refurbishment programme.

The client had approached numerous door companies before turning to Haldane UK who had successfully manufactured and installed the staircase earlier in the project.

The doors were manufactured to match the existing four panel doors on site and supplied primed ready to be painted on site.

Each panel was machined using Haldane’s 5 axis CNC technology, assembled by their skilled craftsmen and then hand-finished to meet the company’s rigorous quality standards.

Haldane UK’s Senior Estimator, Matthew Franklin, explained “We supply many of the UK’s leading door manufacturers with glazing beads and we would always pass any enquiries for bespoke doors to our clients. But when the client couldn’t get what he wanted we looked at how we could help.”
