HALDANE RE-REVOLUTIONISE CNC HANDRAILS SECTOR
Haldane UK is revolutionising the CNC handrails market all over again with the commissioning of its fifth CNC machining centre to offer lead times of just 3-4 weeks with new industry leading levels of accuracy and precision.
The latest investment means that Haldane can now manufacture more timber handrail components in one day than its closest competitor can produce in 1 week.
The company was the first company in the UK to introduce 5 axis CNC technology to the timber machining sector in 1992 and has continued to invest in every aspect of its process in its pursuit of timber excellence, from its programming software to lean manufacturing methodologies.
The new machine has been custom designed and manufactured to Haldane UK’s meticulous standards and builds on the company’s pioneering 3D Automatic Machining Technology which has been described as being “light years ahead of current CNC Timber Machining technology.”
The innovative developments are a culmination of almost 30 years’ of experience in the CNC timber handrail sector and are designed to overcome the challenges other companies face on a daily basis.
